The 75 Hard Challenge is a serious mental toughness program, not just a fitness challenge.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what it includes (just to make sure you’ve got it all lined up):

  1. Two workouts every day (45 min each, one must be outdoors).
  2. Follow a diet (your choice, but strict — no cheat meals, no alcohol).
  3. Drink 1 gallon (about 4 liters) of water daily.
  4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction/self-improvement book.
  5. Take a progress picture every day.

Day 1 of 75 Hard Challenge By Pushpender Yadav

🌅 My 75 Hard Challenge – Day 1 Start

I started my day at 5:00 AM. After waking up, I spent some time in the remembrance of God to begin my morning with peace. Then, I completed my basic morning routine (freshening up, etc.).

🏃 Morning Workout Plan

  1. Cardio
    • 2 km run
    • 3 km cycling
  2. Strength & Bodyweight Exercises
    • Criss-cross
    • Push-ups
    • Lunges
    • Double curls
    • Abs workout
  3. Yoga (3 basic poses)
  • Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
  • Bhramari (Humming Bee Breathing)
  • Kapalbhati (Breath Cleansing Exercise)

Finished my workout with some streching exercises.

👉 After completing my workout, I took a progress selfie to track my journey.

🥗 Diet Plan (Morning)

  • 4 chapatis (whole wheat)
  • Bottle gourd vegetable (lauki ki sabzi)
  • 1 glass of milk

👉 Keeping it simple, clean, and nutritious.

“After that, I started my reading journey and finished 10 pages of the book Indian Polity.”

🌆 Evening Workout

  • 1.5 km walk
  • 5 sprints
  • 15 burpees
  • Jumping jacks
  • Stretching

🥗 Evening Diet

  • 1 glass of milk with dry fruits
  • 2 chapatis with one vegetable

👉 I had the complete meal because I was very hungry. Normally, I might skip the evening meal due to my tummy, but today I needed it.

After that we Finished our workout and ended our day.
