Not many of us know that Teachers’ Day in India is celebrated in honor of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, whose birthday falls today. It is important for us to remember him, as well as the teachers who have supported us throughout our journey—helping us reach where we are today and shaping us with values of morality and dignity so that we can become responsible members of society.

I don’t want to say much today, but it is very important for all of us to respect our teachers and recognize the value of education in our lives. Without the right education, we cannot lead a good and meaningful life—one built on morals and values that guide us toward a better future.
