My weight Loss Journey I natural way to loose weight no supplements and no gym
I have gained a significant amount of weight, and I've decided to lose it in a natural way. This journey includes everything I am doing to support my weight loss. #weightlossjourney

I used to believe I'd never gain weight in my life—thought I was immune to it! But guess what? I'm now over 90 kgs, all thanks to my love affair with junk food and oily snacks. Now, at around 90 kgs, I’m struggling with basic tasks and feeling like a lazy couch potato all the time!
I started my weight loss journey in June with simple steps, because losing weight isn’t something you can achieve in a single day. I decided to do it the natural way, as I’ve always preferred natural methods—eating simple, wholesome foods and avoiding complex foods or supplements, since I can’t stand their taste!
At the start, I thought losing weight would be a breeze, but I quickly realized it’s not that easy! Now I totally get the pain of people who gain weight and struggle to lose it. That’s exactly how I felt in June—I barely lost any weight, looked puffier than ever, and saw no real changes in my body. I was pretty bummed about my progress, even though I was working my butt off to shed a few kgs!
By the end of June, I realized I needed to take my weight loss seriously because sticking to my usual routine wasn’t going to change anything—it’s not the way to lose weight! I was a bit frustrated, already under a lot of pressure from life issues, and now I had to tackle my weight too. So, I decided to make significant changes to my workout plan by the end of the month and committed to being consistent with my workouts.
Mistakes I made in June 2025:
- I didn’t take my weight seriously, thinking I could lose it easily.
- I kept eating out, including junk food.
- I continued consuming sugar as much as I normally did before.
- I wasn’t making proper decisions about my health.
- I was ignorant about my health and weight.
After seeing no progress in June, I decided to step up my game for the next month. I’m going to record and document my weight loss journey in a notebook and through videos because I need to take this seriously—it’s making me feel unwell, and I’m not happy with how I look. Body positivity is great, but I want to get back to my old self! So, I’ve decided to be strict with myself, focus deeply on my health and weight, and actually do something about it instead of ignoring it. It’s time to change my appearance and shed those extra kgs!
My weight loss journey officially kicked off in July! I’m now documenting everything, and I’ve decided to overhaul my eating habits.
My Serious Weight Loss Journey: July 2025 Kickoff
I’ve tightened my seat belt and decided to make a solid plan for my weight loss. It’s a global struggle—most people are battling their weight, hoping for a magical or surgical fix, as many do. But losing weight naturally? That’s a tough journey with zero equipment, no supplements, and completely natural methods!
July 1 2025 Tuesday my plan and workout routine
From now on, I’ve decided to document everything and make serious changes to my diet, cutting out sugar to the maximum extent. I used to go out on weekends just to feel good, but now I’ve decided to eat out at restaurants only twice a month.
I have decided to leave 4 things.
- No junk food.
- No sugar to all possible extent.
- No food outside home.
- Last, I will follow Brahmacharya on physical, mental, and social level.
I have decided on these things because I want to know the actual results of them and how they affect my physical, mental, and social state.

Now that I’m documenting this, it’s already been one month, and I’ve observed significant changes in my body, but my tummy is still sticking out.
On July 1, I made a decision, and now I’ve started running regularly and following these exercises:
- Daily running.
- Football game, if possible.
- 5 yoga poses for my mental state, which you’ll learn about in the long run.
July 2 2025 next day Wednesday

July 2 2025 next day
I am practicing Brahmacharya and tracking my body's sperm cycle to understand its impact. Later, I will draw conclusions about the role of sperm and masturbation in physical health, as there is significant hype around their effects on bodybuilding and their perceived importance.
Today, I made another decision: I have completely stopped drinking regular milk tea and have started drinking lemon tea home made instead.
- I am doing natural workouts without any equipment or special gear.
- I wake up at 5:00 AM, go running, and work out daily.
- My current condition is that I can barely run 3 km in one go due to excess fat and poor eating habits. Let's see how this changes in a month.
My observations so far are as follows; let's see how things progress in the future.
July 3 2025 next day Thursday
Today I skipped the workout because I was feeling sick whole day, so I decided to take rest.
When you don't work out for a long time, your body reacts differently, and you need to manage it. Taking rest is also essential because forcing your body to do something can lead to negative outcomes.
Last night, I felt restless and couldn’t sleep, but I was determined to go for a workout during the day.
July 4 Next Day Friday

July 4 Next Day Friday
This morning, I woke up and went to play football instead of running or doing a simple workout.
I have realized that if you want to lose weight quickly and stay in a happy mood, the best way is to play sports. When you play sports, you don’t feel tired because your focus is on the game, which helps you lose weight faster and prevents burnout.
After playing for an hour, I did a basic workout and exercises.
- 30 push-ups.
- 100 crunches (various types).
- 100 criss-cross exercises.
- Stretching yoga.
- Breathing exercises.
I think today was a good day for me. After my workout, I drank morning lemon water with a pinch of sugar.
I’m now documenting my weight loss journey here, and you can support me on PayPal. If you like the content, please share it with others too!
Let me tell you something funny—it’s super tough to lose weight on Indian (Bhartiya) food because we love our spicy and oily dishes! LOL.
